Lara considered both design and the construction process in a manner that two essential phase is inseperable, they require the same over-attention in every kind of work.

When Lara design new facilities;they manage to take advantage of local building capabilities and generally follow the character, style, material, and color of the existing structures, respective of sustainable construction and design.

When Lara renovate existing facilities; they achieved to build it respective of its texture, character and structure.

Design works are completed starting from the preliminary design to as-built drawings including the other design phases such as 35%, 65%, 95% and 100% design.

On design process, all the local rules and related US standards are taken into consideration to fully correspond the contract requirements.

Lara believe that managing the challenging nature of design is not possible without a team work.
