Description of the Project and Work: The project consists of the design and construction of a new 2-story Billeting Building at the Us Army Corps of Engineers Compound, Kandahar Air Field, Afghanistan. The first floor consists of 16 total units. The units are provided as 12 individual units for living spaces and 2 individual units for laundry rooms with 4 stacked washers. The second floor is laid out in a similar way as the first floor with exception that one upstairs laundry unit provides closets to contain the buildings communications panels and the other laundry unit should contain the buildings electric panels. Lara International Ltd. is the Prime Contractor of this project and is responsible from design&build of USACE Housing Building Number Four including all material, labor and equipment supply of the project.
