Project Description: The project consists of the design and construction of facilities for the Afghan Air Force (AAF) Phase IV at Kandahar Air Field, Afghanistan. The Contractor shall design and construct infrastructure for electrical power and distribution expansion, water supply expansion and distribution, and sanitary sewer system expansion and facilities for effective end- state population of 1,600 personnel, to include an increased capacity of 400 personnel for this project.
